Fabiano is IKIM's CEO and Technical Innovation Lead, a Professor at Maynooth University, and Director of IRESI. He brings entrepreneurial and research leadership across technology, AI, data, and energy, translating emerging technologies into scalable products and technical strategy.
Head of Education, Co-Creation & Stakeholder Engagement
Amy is an Assistant Professor, Societal Impact Lead, and Deputy Director of IRESI with a Doctorate in Education. She leads curriculum and learning-resource development, co-creation, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive practice grounded in Universal Design for Learning.
Environmental Research & Sustainability Lead
Sadhbh is an environmental scientist and sustainability specialist with experience in environmental research, circular economy, and capacity development. She connects evidence with engaged research and stakeholder participation to shape practical sustainability responses.
Marketing & Communications Lead
Kristina leads marketing and communications across IKIM's research, innovation, and commercial activities. She develops brand positioning, digital campaigns, and accessible content that turn technical work into clear messages for clients, partners, and wider audiences.

Axel leads the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary research, hardware, technology, and innovation projects. He combines governance, risk, and resource control with hands-on coordination of hardware integration, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
